From Pine Drive on the east side to 8th Avenue on the west side, and from Main Street south to Bedford Avenue are an array of homes and condos. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences here can be purchased for under $1 million. South of Belford Street are a few upmarket properties such as Mountainside Condominiums.
Dillon Dam Road near I-70 presents several ski condos tucked away behind the hotels, fast-food restaurants, and Starbucks. Timberline Cove and Prospect Point both provide convenience to the highway and services, but also offer quick access and great views of Dillon Reservoir.
Frisco has roots as a silver mining town, and its traditional downtown area and Main Street give it a laid-back, classic appeal. There are several 19th Century buildings that have been impeccably preserved and restored with all kinds of contemporary shops and businesses.
