Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties signals a defining moment in the Colorado real estate market. It unites the strengths of industry leaders, bringing together unparalleled operational excellence, innovation and integrity. We have been helping Colorado real estate buyers and sellers since 1971 with home, condominium, and land purchases. We began over 50 years ago in Eagle County at the resort of Vail. Then, we added offices in Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards, Eagle and Gypsum to be convenient to all the homes for sale in Colorado's premier resort valley; the Vail Valley. In 2021 we expanded into Summit County real estate with the opening of our Breckenridge real estate office. From these two premier Colorado mountain counties, we continued our expansion in 2022 into Mesa County with a real estate office in the city of Grand Junction. Then, into nearby Montrose County real estate with an office in the city of Montrose, as well. We have also opened virtual real estate offices in Garfield County at Carbondale and San Miguel County’s world famous, Telluride. Now, you can find us in 12 offices that feature over 150 of the top real estate brokers to be found in Colorado.
