Mountain Village at Telluride Ski Resort | San Miguel County

Mountain Village is located southwest of the town of Telluride in the San Juan Mountains. It is home to Telluride Ski Resort. Although the home-rule municipality is only about 3.3 square miles in total area, it has some of the nicest and most exclusive homes and condos in Colorado. Mountain Village real estate is highly coveted because many of the houses for sale are slopeside and have immediate ski-in, ski-out access to the resort's slopes. There are also great condominium complexes with direct ski access or only a short walk or drive from the building.

Homes for sale in Mountain Village are accessible from Highway 145 and Mountain Village Boulevard. Mountain Village real estate for sale is located along Mountain Village Boulevard and the adjacent streets, like Adams Ranch Road, Russell Drive, Country Club Drive, Benchmark Drive, Hood Park Drive, Rocky Road, San Joaquin Road, and Sundance Lane.

Mountain Village real estate makes up for its lack of space with the luxury and magnificence. There aren't many homes in Mountain Village under $3 million, with several exceeding the $10 million mark. Although a good portion of Mountain Village has been developed, a few empty lots are available where you can plan a new home. One of the most scenic lots in Mountain Village has spectacular views of the Sneffels Range and offers the opportunity to construct a southern-facing home with incomparable views. Ski access is only a short walk away. The 1-acre lot is available for around $2.1 million.

One of the more affordable ways to get a foothold in Mountain Village is through a condo at one of the town's luxury properties.
