Growing up in a military family and the youngest of three sisters, Katie has lived all over the U.S., experiencing a variety of different locales and markets. She eventually landed in Colorado Springs for high school, where she fell in love with Colorado. After high school, she headed further south to the Four Corners region, where she studied history at Fort Lewis College in Durango.
Katie's love of the area and desire to help others who seek the same lifestyle led her to the residential real estate arena in 2017. Since then, she has earned a reputation for her honesty, work ethic, and ability to evaluate the ever-changing market conditions on behalf of her clients.
Outside the real estate arena, Katie enjoys the outdoor lifestyle, including climbing, mountain biking, rafting, doing yoga, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
