Jared Saul

Jared's passion for snowboarding and mountain biking first led to him to move to Vail in 2000. After earning a degree in business at the University of Colorado Boulder he quickly realized that he wanted to settle in the mountains long term. For the first few years he spent time working at the Bridge Street mainstay, The Red Lion, although it didn't take long to realize that a healthy balance of work and play is essential to a well rounded life. Jared began looking for a more stable career path that would allow him to progress professionally.

In 2003 Jared began working as a project manager at a local A/V and home automation company. He managed some of the finest projects in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead, Vail, Mountain Star, Steamboat, and Glenwood Springs. In 2005 Jared took advantage of a booming economy and worked on various new homes and remodel projects throughout the valley.

In 2008 Bold Real Estate Solutions offered a unique opportunity to begin a career in real estate and property management. Jared had aspirations of a career in real estate and jumped at the opportunity despite the impending Great Recession. The real estate career was slow to take off however Jared persevered through some lean years while he simultaneously managed 30 homes from East Vail to Cordillera. The homecare business presented a great opportunity to learn every aspect of property management while building relationships with owners from all over the world.

In 2013 Jared transitioned to selling real estate full time and has loved helping his clients and friends buy and sell homes throughout the valley. Every transaction has its own unique challenges and solving those challenges and providing his clients with a smooth and stress free experience is what makes the career so rewarding. He keeps an eye on the long term needs of his clients and looks to establish relationships that will be mutually beneficial for years to come. Jared currently resides in Eagle with his lovely wife, Megan, and their sweet son, Theodore. He is an active member of Calvary Chapel church in Edwards and loves the community of friends found there. Jared enjoys the many outdoor activities available just outside his door including mountain biking, hiking, climbing, camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.
