Timm Kluender serves as Managing Broker for the Berkshire Hathaway Lionshead Office and has achieved the distinction of Luxury Collection Specialist, a title reserved for full time sales professionals who are well experienced in the marketing and acquisition of luxury homes. He is a recipient of the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award (top ½ of 1% of national network of over 50,000 agents) for distinction in sales performance and has sold over $250 million in Vail real estate. In 2020 and 2024 Timm was recognized as the #1 Top Producing Broker for BHHS Colorado Properties.

Timm lives in the Vail Valley with his wife, Joanna and German Shorthaired Pointer, Quill. He is an avid hiker, flyfisherman and enjoys birding, traveling, gold prospecting and spending time with his kids, Lucas and Sophia. He served on the Board of Directors for the Vail Valley Soccer Club and organized and participated in a 35-year reunion for his club soccer team from Modesto, CA - a testament to his enduring relationships and life-long friendships.
