Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties opens Vail Village location overlooking Bridge Street
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has opened a new real estate office in Vail Village. The second-floor space is in the recently remodeled Wall Street building — one block away from the Gondola One, and on the corner overlooking Bridge Street, Wall Street and Gore Creek Drive. “Having an office that is walking distance from the gondola in Vail Village gives our clients and brokers one more added convenient location to meet and discuss their real estate needs,” said Jill Bossow, vice president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.
Presence in Vail
This is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties’ eighth real estate office. President Michael Slevin said the new location caters to the desires of Vail-focused clients. “We know we have clients who own in Vail, and who want to work with someone or a group that has a presence in Vail,” Slevin said. “I think it’s always been important to us to move back into Vail Village proper and to have that presence again.”
‘Special, warm and modern work environment’
The interior aesthetic of the office was created by Slifer Designs and George Gregory, with 10 desks for brokers, and a large meeting room overlooking the skier and shopper walking traffic. “We literally ‘started over’ in the space,” Bossow said, “removing all the walls to give us an opportunity to create a really special, warm and modern work environment.”
The top-level space will show outside onlookers current listings and informative videos from large screens on the building’s wall of windows. Bossow said it’s been fun to observe the excitement of skiers and snowboarders heading to and from the mountain. She shared how the new office will help people design their dream Vail lifestyle.
“It is a great feeling to help people make that dream become a reality of home ownership in Vail,” she said.
