Earns Broker Associate Pomotion at Montrose Office
Colorado native Makaya Cervone has been promoted to broker associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties’ Montrose office. Her promotion brings the total number of brokers to 143 among the company’s 12 offices in 10 mountain resort communities, spanning from Summit County to the Western Slope.
Born in Colorado Springs and raised in Ouray, Colo., Cervone joined the company’s Montrose office in 2020 as a receptionist. Her experience working in the office and growing her market knowledge prompted her to get her real estate license and remain with the company. Prior to this, she worked in the restaurant business. Outside the real estate arena, she enjoys traveling, art, surfing, aerial sports, golfing, shooting, and dining.
