VAIL, Colo. – Colorado native and 30-year Vail resident Kevin Douglas recently returned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties as a broker associate in its Lionshead office. He returns after a year’s absence to further his finance education.
Douglas brings five years’ real estate experience as well as
private investment experience working in a family office. Before entering the real estate arena, he
spent 20 years running his own landscaping business while also working in
building and real estate development.
His entrepreneurial spirit lured him into the real estate arena . “I
really enjoy working with clients and helping put them to ease by looking out
for their best interests,” said Douglas.

Born and raised in Lakewood, Colo., Douglas is a graduate of
Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo., where he earned a bachelor’s
